I'm a 23 y/o woman, 5'3", and weight 330lbs. I'm having trouble choosing which weight loss surgery to get. I'm between the sleeve and duodenal switch. I know I have a lot of weight to lose, which makes the sleeve not as ideal, but I also want to maintain as much of a "normal" diet as possible. I want to occasionally go out for ice cream with friends or eat churros when I travel to Spain, which makes me hesitant to choose duodenal switch.
