I wore braces for 2 whole year to align my teeth. After i got my braces off, i was to see that they were finally straight! I did immediately realize that my top teeth flared out a little but i did not want to complain. I accepted the way my teeth were and faithfully wore my plastic retainers ( they were flared like my teeth) for almost 2years. 3yrs later, i am realizing that my teeth have flared even more and it has become very difficult for me to bite things because my teeth are not aligned.
