    The scabbing at that area is very common after a breast lift, and the result you have from a limited perspective looks good and healthy.  The plastic surgeon can always give you the best assessment.

It depends on what your surgeon says. It may be possible to lift your hands over your head to reach your hair a couple days after surgery, but you should do this very slowly and not strain yourself.
