Assessing whether a septo revision may be necessary to correct my symptoms? (Photos)

4 year post septorhinoplasty & updated CT scan. Assessing whether a septo revision may be necessary to correct the following symptoms: left nostril reduced airflow; sinus drainage/turbinate swelling or airway collapse. I have included both pre-op and post-op CT scans. I agree with you. There should be very little swelling at 6 months after a septoplasty. I don't want to sound rude, but are you sure that's all that was performed? Your swelling and change in appearance (I assume the pics are before/after) is unusual after a septoplasty alone.

You do have a crooked nose and probably a crooked septum as well. Cosmetically you soonest to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty and your breathing can be improved at the same time. Your nose can be straightened but there is always a risk of some residual crookedness
