I only have one front tooth, so the top row of my teeth are overlapping the bottom. Any suggestions ? (photos)

Well this cases are complex due tot he midlle line, also the age, and if you are considering about having braces for at least 2 years?if you are not thinking about braces, then there si another option, that will solve the problem, and you will look much better, this would be veneers, your teeth will look more aesthetical, but you will not be able to correct the middle line, but you will be able to make the layout like if you had 2 central teeth, and convert canines , this is a procedure that has good results, and you will have a much better smile and you will feel more confident.

Your situation is tough, but can be corrected.  I would consider seeing a board certified orthodontist to discuss the option of opening the space back to make room for a dental implant.  This option would take a couple of years, but could prove to be a great aesthetic option and worth the effort.  Have them give you all of your options.  Good luck.  

by braces treatment it is possible to create spacing for one more central incisor , and later restoration by implant. but it is time consuming process.
