I only have one front tooth, so the top row of my teeth are overlapping the bottom. Any suggestions ? (photos)

Will I have to go through a surgery where I will be feeling the pain while Doctors are experimenting on my teeth? Is there any way I will have 2 front teeth? What are my different choices where the pain won't be involved in the process of my surgery?
