I'm 26 years old and I'm wondering if there is a fix for this without a huge scar. I definitely do not want a tummy tuck. At all. would fraxel or thermage work?

I suggest seeing your physician to ensure this isn't a herpes infection or contact irritation.  If treated early you will not get scars.  If it goes untreated and you scratch or break the skin you can get scars.  It appears to me from the picture you are a better candidate for co2...
