Are these hard lumps caused by overfilled bellafill? (photos)

Had bellafill and it feels overfilled . The Harder lump shown Developped 2 years later after injection . It appeared after microneedling while finishing accutane 20mg. In lighting the lumps appear very clearly. And squeezed scars in between . Could you help . Could you Either inject more Bella fill or Kenalog 5fu, or other to blend in. Please help thank you

You need a rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting, you need an expert. bellafill will not help you on the nostrils but will help on the bridge (although you are a better candidate for surgery). Best, Dr. Emer.
