Hello! I've been suffering from hairloss for a while, I'm losing hair equally from everywhere on my head. About 6 months ago, i gave a blood test & it showed my vit d levels were really low, so ii started taking 5k every day, and my hair-fall completely stopped, for like the next week i couldnt see a single hair, i've been on it for 6 months as of now, and have these hair on my hairline, are they growth? Miniaturizing? And do hair really take this long to grow? and how do you tell if its growth?
