I Am Halfway Through Invisalign Express and my Teeth Are Looking WORSE! Should I Quit?

My dentist suggested I get invisalign express to correct my shifting teeth I had from braces about 12 years ago. Not wanting to get treatment from a general dentist, I visited an ortho and she too suggested express. I regret not getting full treatment. My arches were very narrow to begin with, and now express has moved my six front teeth downward and outward, making my arches look even more narrow and displaying my front teeth even more of a bucky like appearance.

Invisalign will not be able to correct this kind of problem, but lingual or traditional braces can do the job. In such a crowded situation it is advisable to create room by extraction otherwise to fit those teeth in everything will be pushed out outside the parameters of the bone support causing...

There is certainly a range of how long the trays get worn by that seems on the short side. I would verify with your doctor that this is the protocol they want you to stick too.

I CM overbite is quite an overbite.  Often it will take 18 months of braces and possibly jaw surgery to advance the mandible to correct it.  Cost for braces is about 6500$ US and Jaw Surgery is similar.
