I'm a 18year old boy.I'm bit concerned about my hairline.My hairloss is normal.But I'm losing hair on my temple area.It started when I was 16.After that my hairline has changed alot over the years.I don't have any hairloss history on my father's side but on my mother's side some of them are suffering hairloss problem.Now I don't know if mine one is receding or mature hairline.If it is receding hairline what should I do to prevent it

Than you for your query. You do have some recession of the hairline on the sides which is not unusual. The gene for hair loss, incidentally, comes from the mother!  At this stage it may be best to start applying  minoxidil 5% or more and also taking vitamin biotin. There are also laser “helmets” available that stimulate  hair growth, to be used a couple of times a week. I also use some PRP injections  with antioxidants to prevent further hair loss. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
