Are grid pattern marks a normal reaction after ProFractional? When will they go away? Do PicoSure and BBL help? (Photo)

These grid marks should resolve over time. Having done may profractional laser treatments, I have never seen them become permanent. I would expect that within another 2-3 weeks they should be much better if not gone.
In regards to additional laser, BBL would be fine 3-4 weeks after profractional laser. I will actually perform BBL at the same time as profracitonal laser in may people. I do not use the PicoSure laser but it is a very safe laser, escpecially for patients with darker skin tones as there is very little heat involved. Not knowing all the details of your skin and what you are treating, it's hard to make a judgement about whether the PicoSure would be helpful or necessary. I am generally pretty conservative in how I treat skin when it comes to using laser, especially for darker skin types, so I would usually at least recommend waiting until the healing is complete (ie no redness) after a profractional laser to do a second laser. That being said, each doctor has their own level of experience and comfort for certain procedures and thererfore if you trust your doc and their training background then I would trust their recommendations.
