Is there anyway to have my teeth made to be flat and all one size on the bottom of my top teeth? (photo)

Bonding or porcelain veneers will solve this situation. I have a niece who had the exact same issue and we ended up doing a couple of porcelain veneers on her to give her a great result.

Great question and the pictures are very helpful as well--the simple answer is yes--the edges of the teeth can be more even. I would strongly urge you not to have any teeth shortened as this will dramatically age your smile. The edges can be altered with bonded porcelain or composite materials. Your smile would also benefit by improving the contours of the teeth on the sides to fill out your smile as well. See an accomplished cosmetic dentist and they can demonstrate the possibilities with digital photos or even mocking up the changes directly onto your teeth. Good luck
