Can microneedling cause an already existing mole to grow bigger?

Microneedling will not make your tiny moles bigger. But make sure the procedure is performed by a qualified physician. In my office I use the patient's own PRP for better results.

Hi little lolita,First, do see a board certified dermatologist to check whether the "mole" is really a mole and not a wart. Also, the mole should be checked whether it is benign. As for microneedling, it won't really encourage mole growth but it is best to avoid the area.All the best,Justin Harper, M.D.
