Can microneedling cause an already existing mole to grow bigger?

I haven't actually done microneedling and I'm still debating between microneeling as another treatment. I have tiny moles on my face hearers and there and while I don't mind their existence I wouldn't want them to grow anybigger most of them are tiny but one is a decent size I actually like it. I think it's pretty but I wouldn't want to be come this huge Iglesias mess on my face.
