I hate to break it to you, but you probably need to see a dentist.  I am sure the "bond" used is weaker than what a dentist would use but it seems it is not performing as promised and needs to be reversed ASAP, especially if you are in pain.

It is possible that trying to forcibly remove this you can hurt your natural teeth, please visit your dentist as soon as possible so it can be removed by a professional and this way protect your remaining, natural teeth.
