TCA Burned Scar. Can anyone please help? (Photos)

Question

I did TCA at 90% at home on an old scar and got burned. First Itime went brown then a month later it peeled off leaving the skin with no pigment and a dark circle around. Unfortunately I went in the sun accidentally and the skin now looks dark. I had lasers and all sorts of cream for hyperpigmentation but nothing has worked. Someone told me a Phenol peel 88% could fix it? How do I fix it?

I don't recommend applying TCA peels yourself due to the risk of complications. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Plastics or dermatologist can help. We use silicone dressings, pressure tape, also pulse dye laser, and dilute steroid injections. Early treatment of scarring is vital. This is common, as most home TCA applications and phenol peels will end up with scarring. Dr Davin Lim
