Hello,I'm 26 years old and always had bad skin and a large bag under one eye. The eye bag seems worse when I have been upset or not slept well. I am so conscious of my eye bag that's all I can think about when talking to people. As I constantly try and tense that one eye to reduce the look of the bag,I am starting to get alot of fine lines around the bag. I'm only 26 and really want to find a way to help reduce my eye bag. Also any tips on improving my skin please. ...
Answer: Filler I always think it best to start with the least invasive approach so my suggestion would be to try a bit of HA filler in the tear trough area. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: Retroseptal fat The fat around the globe of the eye herniates and causes these bulges. For young patients, a transconjunctival approach removes the fat without any visible scars. This should eliminate these bulges permanently.

Answer: Fillers or Blepharoplasty for Eyelid Bag Thank you for the question. A simple, quick treatment for the bag is injecting one of several fillers on the market underneath the bag to blend it into the cheek. This usually works well for small bags and can last up to a year. For a more permanent treatment, blepharoplasty is the surgical procedure to remove the fat. Recovery will take about 2 weeks. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and guidance. Good luck.

Answer: Treating Under Eye "Bags" in the Young The tear trough you have can be treated with a filler. The filler can be either an off the shelf one or your own fat. The commercial filler I prefer is Juvederm Voluma which is heavy enough to elevate the tissues in the area and hold them. It also lasts about 2 years. Fat, however, once incorporated into the tissue is permanent. It does, though, take about 2 sessions to achieve the desired result. At your age, besides being less expensive over time, another advantage is that it can improve the skin in the area. Basic skin care for someone like you is a cleanser with an alpha hydroxyl, a pH balancer and antioxidant like Vitamin-C Serum and a good zinc oxide sunblock daily. If you still have problems, you can add other products for the specific problem.
