I'm interested in upper and lower blephoplasty and my question is about under my eyes. I have dark circles with some lines, particularly when I smile. Im 37 but feel that my eyes make me look older One surgeon recommend under eye fat transfer but no lower blepharoplasty. Another suggested lower blepharoplasty but no fat transfer. What would you recommend?
