I chipped my tooth and I'm pretty sure that the chipped peice is in my upper lip, will the body break the peice down or eject it. If not should I get it removed even if it's causing no pain or discomfort.

No way to advise you without a picture and an x-ray, but I would say this: if you broke a tooth and don't have insurance, then get to a dentist and just pay for it. I can promise you that if something is wrong it will only become more expensive and difficult to fix as time passes.
