Would it be possible to reverse cobblestone/tenting if I had the grafts removed?

I just wanted to ask regarding cobblestone/tenting in theory would it be possible to reverse it if I simply had the grafts removed? Or would that only remove the hair and the bumps would still be visible? Thanks.
