Do cheek implants cause nose swelling?

I jusy had my 3rd revison rhinoplasty and have been doing everything possible to make sure this goes well and heals properly. However i had wanted cheek implants due to having lower jaw surgery a year ago. I cant do fat im too skinny and i want a stronger result that will not fade. And filler is a waste of money and i want a more permanent result. My only worry is that will this cause my nose to swell ? I am 6 months post rhino
