I have ocular rosacea with related MGD-blepharitis and telangiectasia on my eyelids. I don`t have rosacea on my face, just around the eyes. I have had IPL for the dry eye component around the eyes but not on the eyelids. Is it possible to have IPL on the upper eyelids and would this help decrease the redness and blood vessel growth? Is there anything cosmetic that I can do for this? Also, is there anything that is safe to do to whiten the sclera? Thank you!
