I am 51, 5 ft 8 and 142 lbs at time of surgery. I wanted roundness and lift but I look the same just bigger. Still have dents in the buttocks also. I did not want a bottom heavy look such is popular in the Americas. In fact I wanted the heart shape at the top of the buttocks with some lift and a bit of projection. I was very specific. Will this improve with time or is the silhouette permanent?
