Im going to have a rhinoplasty soon, I was wondering if i can go for the surgery with makeup on? Or do I have to take it off?

You should not wear any make-up at all the day of surgery as it will have to be completely removed to allow your face to be sterile prepped at the start of surgery. With regards to dorsal hump reduction, the dorsal hump generally does not regrow following surgery assuming your facial skeleton has reached maturity. For women, this is typically between 14-16 years of age.

 It is a good idea to leave all your jewelry  at home  and remove all makeup when coming in  for outpatient surgery. Once the hump was removed it should not come back, however there are small instances of having to go in and do a filing  touchup procedure if a little bump is still present a year later.
