Hello. I am 26 and have some issues with volume loss. This has caused some deep tear trough lines and some increasingly deep smile lines. I am young for a blown plastic surgery. However, I would like to use sculptra on my upper face to get back some volume that I lost. I found online that due to scar tissue after sculptra, it can be difficult to do surgery after. Why is there scarring after sculptra? I would like a upper and lower bleph layer on, and possibly eyebrow lift/mini face lift `
