It’s been 10 days since my surgery and 4 days since my bandages were removed. I asked about caffeine, they said moderate but at my own risk because it can dry my eyes out. I don’t drink soda or anything else with caffeine I’d just like a cup of coffee in the morning and maybe a little pre workout since I can hit the gym again. How long do I have to wait until I consume any caffiene? Or should I wait completely until my post op?
