Fit & healthy (age 31) - my wound has no signs of infection however there is swelling above the scar. - skin is extremely sensitive - wearing tight clothing is painful - I feel very swollen 'inside'. A pulling sensation extends into my thigh area - sitting in car feels very uncomfortable bordering on painful - I can't walk at a fast pace. How do you know if there inflammation inside even if outside wound looks healthy? The discomfort is really getting to me as I feel healing is not progressing?
