Waterpik and crowns: Can waterpick damage crowns? Is it safe?

Hello. Can water pick demage crowns? I mean wash away cement and it will cause problems or it is absolutely safe for crowns and bridges? Thank you.

In general, it is safe to use a water pick with a dental crown. You shouldn't wash away the cement by using one. However, if you're concerned that this might be a problem, you may want to consider flossing instead of using a water pick. Ultimately, flossing is the most effective method to remove debris and plaque from between your teeth.
