Not thrilled with the Invisalign final result. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment (did the mid course correction too). I did see the clean check and the computer simulation looked good, but the reality is different. I do not find my teeth as straight as I thought they would be, especially that my case according to my orthodontist was not too bad to begin with. She says the result is fine. Do others see what I see? That my smile could have been better, especially tooth no.7 and bottom teeth? Would appreciate your response.

You are right.  Things could be better.  Didn't wear 22 hours a day?  Start with that in mind here.  I would simply ask dentist to do another refinement, and be honest about your wear time.  If you did the 22, then he should be thinking about refinement without charge.  If you didn't --- well ...............

I would express your concerns to your orthodontist once again.  They can send out for additional trays (refinement trays) to allow further alignment of your teeth.  Good luck!

If you liked the simulation and you were compliant during treatment, ask the doctor what movements didn't take place that were expected and how that could be accomplished to achieve the result you were expecting. If you don't get a satisfactory answer you can get a second opinion with another Invisalign provider.  Hope that helps! Good Luck

I will do my best to answer your question with the information provided.I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your results.  If you wore the aligners as instructed, your results should represent what is on the Clinchek.
