Did my septoplasty fail?

I had a septoplasty 15 days ago. I have less air flow now and I can feel that my septum isn't straight inside my nose... It feels like the deviation is now higher up then it was prior to surgery. Did my septoplasty fail?

15 days is still too soon to be able to determine the results.  There is likely still swelling inside the nose that is contributing to your symptoms.  However, it is best that you follow up with your surgeon and discuss you concerns.

It is far too soon to determine whether or not your result will improve or has worsened at this time. It could be something as simple as having some crusting in the nose or some swelling which happens post-operatively.  At this time I would recommend increasing your nasal saline rinses to twice a day and just being patient.  Im sure this will resolve but I wouldn't judge your final result till 1-2 months post op.
