After permanent fat removal, should I use cooling device or heating devices?

I need a true statement I don't know what to do- I had tumescent lipo 6 mos ago, still not happy w/ results, so was going to try a non- invasive treatment but I'm afraid I won't be happy with that?

It is perfectly fine to be up and walking around the first day after surgery.  Just be sure someone is with you the first few times you stand up following surgery.  Some patients feel faint or light headed the first time they are up out of bed.  Walking will help prevent deep vein...

The lumpiness and hardness after any type of liposuction typically persists at least 6-8 weeks after the surgery then slowly goes away. In my experience, daily massage of the hard areas makes the biggest difference in getting rid of it sooner rather than later. Hope this helps, Dean Vistnes.

Good question. Thanks for asking. By the way, are you hoping lipo will be the answer to a weight problem? If so, you may be disappointed. If you are not within 20 pounds of your ideal weight (look at online tables to determine weight by height and age), lipo will not work for most areas. The...
