After permanent fat removal, should I use cooling device or heating devices?

I need a true statement I don't know what to do- I had tumescent lipo 6 mos ago, still not happy w/ results, so was going to try a non- invasive treatment but I'm afraid I won't be happy with that?

It is perfectly fine to be up and walking around the first day after surgery.  Just be sure someone is with you the first few times you stand up following surgery.  Some patients feel faint or light headed the first time they are up out of bed.  Walking will help prevent deep vein...

Your description of is not unusual for early after liposuction.  Massage can be helpful and improvement over time is a good sign. Early scars can be red and appear inflamed.  As long as there is no drainage or significant pain, infection is less likely but have a plastic surgeon...
