After permanent fat removal, should I use cooling device or heating devices?

Here is a true statement.  No one can provide you with answers as to why you might be unhappy, whether or not you should indeed be unhappy, and what might be your next step without seeing preoperative photos, knowing what exactly was done, and without a hands-on examination.  This is not the place for that.  See your original surgeon.  If you are either not happy with, or not trusting in, what he/she has to say, then seek a second opinion.  Good luck.
