After my breast reduction I'm having pain under my right breast sometimes it hurts to breath can it be a rib?

Hi thank you for your question. Though difficult to be sure from photos it looks as though your body is trying to heal after the wound problems you suffered. Its best to keep in touch with your surgeon and follow their advice.Best wishes.

Almost nobody "needs" a free-nipple graft procedure in breast reduction.  If you are told that then I would recommend getting a second opinion.
