I want to get a hair transplant but don't want the donor hair to be from the back of my head because it is too coarse to be at the front of my hairline. I also don't want to get an irregular trychophytic because I want my hairline to be a specific shape. I've seen that some doctors take donor hair from the NPA so I was wondering about the sides of the head where my texture isn't so coarse

A 500 graft hair transplantation would required 2-3 hours from preparation to after care instructions after the treatment.
500 Grafts is very little, it would be a small area.
I do not have any cases of 500 grafts since most patients require 1000 or more grafts.
