Vivace safety - can it "dissolve" facial volume?

Hello, earlier this year, I had 2 Vivace treatments done. I have one more left to get but I have recently read about the dangers of RF microneedling (I know, I should have before the treatment). Can Vivace “dissolve” facial volume? My initial treatments were stacked at 1.8mm, 1.6mm, and 1.4mm. This seems a bit deep based on what I have read. I have mild acne scarring but it isn’t terrible. Would love feedback from a dermatologist.

Thanks for your question. the morpheus8 continues to work for up to 6 months after your treatment series is done. we do have some patients that come back after 6 months wanting a maintenance treatment but majority of our patients come back once a year and the results are fantastic
