Bump after mole removal punch excision? (Photo)

I had a deep, raised mole removed via the punch method . They closed it with two stitches. I can see where the little scare is but right above it there’s bump. It couldn’t be the mole because that should have been removed. I thought maybe it was fluid but don’t think mso anymore. What could it be? And can anything be done? Derm brushed it off but now it’s like I have a scar and a bump instead of just the bump I had before removing it 2 weeks ago. Pic attached. Red because I was pressing on it.
