What you are describing is called pathologic migration. It is the shift in your teeth when periodontal disease ( bone loss and infection) is present.  Since there is bone loss, you are getting gum recession.  The infection is either around the implant compromising the adjacent teeth or it is around the teeth compromising the implant. Either way, waiting will cause loss of 2-3 teeth. You should have the site evaluated by a periosontist.  

Dental implants are great when they're properly placed, osseointegrated, and restored. Unfortunately, implants are just like any other dental restoration in that they may fail.In your case, it sounds like you should seek care ASAP. If the implant, implant restoration, or restored tooth have somehow become infected or otherwise traumatized, there is a chance that significant bone loss is occurring, leading to drainage of pus, bleeding, pain, and also gingival (gum) recession. There is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed.  A thorough evaluation including radiographs and periodontal probing is a first step.  There may be an endodontic or periodontal problem (root canal or gum disease).Sometimes the pain can be from a non-dental cause.  What does it mean  "no one can help"/   How many doctors have you seen?
