Will wearing underwire bra 24/7 allow scar tissue to form and lift breast fold to wear it was before it dropped?

At two months, it is unlikely that wearing anything external will recreate the fold.  You should wear an underwire bra now, especially since you have just recently seen this change.  There is little to be lost by wearing an underwire.

The implant placement and final result is something I discuss with my patients in detail prior to surgery. The final position of the implant is determined by the surgical procedure, size of implant and many other factors. I discuss with my patients what they need to do after surgery during the initial consultation. Although the chances are not high that it would work two months from the time of surgery, it is certainly worth trying and if your surgeon agrees. Discuss this with your surgeon as he or she may have other recommendations given your postoperative course, implant placement technique and your pre-existing anatomy. In most cases, it would not be harmful to wear an underwire two months following your surgery.

Support may well keep this from getting worse, but at two months is not likely to correct the current problem. It will be better to discuss this with your surgeon in the office. Best wishes.

If one breast implant is falling faster than the other then using a properly fitted bra and strategically placed padding can help to prevent further descent.  I would not recommend using a push in or push up bra but a properly fitted wire bra can help.  The bra should not displace your current breasts.  I would then get a gel insert commonly called a "chicken cutlet" directly on the inner lower part of the bra.  If this is worn 24/7 the gradual pressure of the support will change the internal shape of the breast.  Also you should tighten the bra strap on the side which has fallen.  I know this works because I've seen constant external pressure on the breast will gradually change the shape of the internal space where the implants are.  I hope that helps.

After two months it is unlikely that a scar tissue seal will re establish your inframammary crease. Please see your lastic surgeon for advice. If the fold is still too low after 6 months a simple revision should be possible.

hikewsaki,Without photos and pre-op comparison it is difficult to answer this question in specific, but in general, folds will not raise after they stretch or after they have been lowered surgically, particularly if lower pole pectoralis muscle origins were cut, removing implant support.  For implants over the muscle, there is no support at all apart from the skin, and actually when the pectoralis muscles are cut, there really is no more support than with implants over the muscle, as the implants are then only partly submuscular.  You should seek the advice of your surgeon in this regard, as they are aware of what was done at the time of surgery and can then advise you what they would have you do to stabilize this, or repair this if needed.
