What implant size for H cup? Would an internal bra help?

Dear Doctors! I'm 5f9in (1,74cm) tall, weigh 125lbs (57kg), underbust 27,5in (70cm) and have a sagging Bcup after weight loss. (My weight is now stable for 1,5 years and I'm healthy.) I'd like to achieve the look of Jordan Carver, her bra is said to be HH-J. Despite the huge size her breast shape looks natural. I AM aware that's still unnatural and I risk complications! What implant size do you suggest? Would an internal bra during the primary surgery help me (older methods,not Orbix)? Thank you
