Has Fraxel Repair Been Used to Treat Strip Scars for Hair Transplants? (photo)

Question

I have a strip scar 6 -8 inches in length on my head from a Hair Transplant Surgery I had 6 years ago. As I was having a treatment to conceal the scar via micro pigment, the practitioner informed me of fraxel repair. I am now desperate to find a doctor with experience in Fraxel Repair who can inform me of the expectations of having Fraxel Repair done to correct this type of scar! Please help, any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Scott,

	I have treated strip scars from hair transplant surgery with Fraxel restore (multiple treatments) with nice improvement of the scars.  I have also treated non-surgical scars on the scalp with Fraxel repair.  I believe that your scar can be improved with either a series of Fraxel restore treatments or with fewer, more aggressive Fraxel repair treatments.  Choose your laser physician most carefully.
