I have read horror storied on the site about fraxel restore. That laser has destroyed peoples lives and faces... why is it still being performed by doctors? I have done one session so far but I'm really nervous even though the process wasnt bad.

Answer: Fraxel is an excellent laser treatment in experienced hands.
Fraxel Dual and Fraxel Restore are both far better than Thermage in my experience. Fraxel uses a laser and Thermage uses readiofrequency for its effects which in most cases does not result in as significant of a result.
Assuming there are not contraindications for the use of this medication, oral doxycycline seems to work well to help eradicate this problem. I think this condition occurs because of a process called "apoptosis", which is essentially where the body pushed out entrapped cellular debris and oils...
You shouldn't have to worry about problematic electrical issues with fraxel like you do with electrocautery, but it is still a good idea to check with your cardiologist before proceeding. there is some discomfort with the procedure, which could impact someone with significant heart issues ...
