Dear Doctor s I read that the daily dose for applying 0.5% tretinoin cream is 1-2 pea-sized amounts. If I apply a dose 20 times higher, are there any life-threatening side effects in the long term? Like heart, liver, etc. I apply this amount because I have a large face and I don't shave every day. And 1-2 pea-sized amounts don't cover my entire face and neck.i a man who use it for anti aging
