Black vagina and anus!!! Any suggestions?

I am writing to you doctors because I am helpless here, trying to find a solution I've been looking for since 3 year, my skin is clear white with yellow undertone, but the area is litterally black! Please doctors give me a hope !! My skin is kind that hyperpigmentates quickly and I can hardly fix this with creams
