If you've never had Dermapen before I generally recommend starting off at a slightly shallower depth and working deeper in subsequent sessions. Many providers(I don't know what the standard is in France) don't use topical anesthetics, but this will definitely decrease the discomfort when microneedling at deeper settings. We generally recommend waiting 4-6 weeks for subsequent treatments and I would suspect that you would not see a benefit in treating at such a close interval as 2 weeks.

Depending on the vehicle of the active ingredient VIt C, EGF, HA and PRP are all safe. Vitamin A tends to be more irritating. I usually tell my patients to place vitamin A 3-5 days after - when skin is completely healed up. This gives less chance of irritation. Dr Davin S. Lim
