If you've never had Dermapen before I generally recommend starting off at a slightly shallower depth and working deeper in subsequent sessions. Many providers(I don't know what the standard is in France) don't use topical anesthetics, but this will definitely decrease the discomfort when microneedling at deeper settings. We generally recommend waiting 4-6 weeks for subsequent treatments and I would suspect that you would not see a benefit in treating at such a close interval as 2 weeks.
You will not gain much at 2 week intervals. As you know collagen takes 2-4 months to develop, and scars 6 months or more to remodel. Personally, I would stick with 4 weeks.Remember, always treat the scar type and not just use a method eg. Laser etc.. all the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
Yes, it is safe or safer than laser or even microneedling RF in the correct hands. This is because heat is not generated. Trauma of any sort, even a mosquito bite can result in PIH, so you still need to be 1. Conservative in treatment 2. Extra careful with passes 3. Sun protect before and after...
Depending on the vehicle of the active ingredient VIt C, EGF, HA and PRP are all safe. Vitamin A tends to be more irritating. I usually tell my patients to place vitamin A 3-5 days after - when skin is completely healed up. This gives less chance of irritation. Dr Davin S. Lim

No harm trying, best used in combination with PRP. You can try Dermapen alone at home, but be careful. For reliable por size reduction specialist often use microneedling with energy such as RF with the Endymed or Infini RF systems, and combine this with PRP. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim....
Thanks for your question and posting a picture. You really need a formal consultation in a doctor's office that has multiple options. For your skin type II-III, we would be able to offer you 3 different laser treatment options that would produce very good results. You have options like a Pic...
Microneedling alone is great for aging skin, and with RF, that will help some with sagging. Skin discoloration can be treated multiple ways- laser resurfacing and chemical peels are a couple. At our office we are thrilled with the results of microneedling with the addition of...
