Congratulations on your decision to proceed with breast reduction surgery; this operation tends to be one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform. Unfortunately, despite your understandable curiosity, it is impossible to predict precise cup size size you will achieve after the breast reduction procedure. I would also suggest that you do not base your satisfaction with the outcome of surgery on achieving a specific cup size; as you know, bra cup sizes may vary significantly from one manufacturer to another. Most patients wish to achieve a enough of a reduction to help with their symptoms while remaining proportionate with the remainder of their torso. With the goal of improving communication with my patients I find the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C or D cup” etc. means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Hopefully, you will be very pleased with the outcome of surgery ( based on relief of symptoms and/or improvement of proportionality of your torso) in the long-term. Choose your plastic surgeon carefully and communicate your goals carefully as well. Best wishes.
