Chest size is different than cup size and you may require some liposuction of your back and chest to reduce this if possible. It is possible to reduce your breasts with a breast reduction and the cost will vary depending on the area you are in. It does sound as though the decrease in breast size desired is very possible.  The breast reduction can decrease one to two or sometimes three breast sizes.  The cost is anywhere from $7,000- $12,000.  Breast feeding after breast reduction surgery can be performed but it may be difficult.  If someone absolutely requires breast feeding then most likely it is best to postpone the breast reduction until after the pregnancy.
