I had the mohs procedure done 3 weeks ago for two bccs on the inside bridge of my nose very near the corner of my eye. I had dissolvable stitches and I have been using vasoline and keeping the scar covered. After my follow up my dr said I didn't need to wear the bandage and so I slept without last night and just used vasoline. The swelling suddenly ballooned over night and it is as swollen as it was the first week! Is this normal?!
