Filler lasting less than a few weeks (under eyes & around chin)? What can be done & what are the alternatives?

I was told I was one of only 4 patients my doctor ever saw whose body dissolved filler This is very distressing as I loved how it looked, but it is gone in 2 weeks, under the eyes and around the chin. I spent so much money and am now the same as I was. what can be done, this does not seem fair. It was Restylane Define. Why would I be so different? What are the alternatives? Can the manufacturer or doctor help me recoup my lost money?
