Estimated graft count to fill out my gaps? (Photo)

I have alot of gaps in my previous fut transplant and I want to fill everything. What is a realistic graft count based on this picture?

You have balding in the frontal area and appear to be a Norwood 4, to calculate the required grafts, if you estimate 50 grafts/cm² for the 1 cm hairline zone and 40–45 grafts/cm² for the area behind it, you can arrive at an average figure. Based on this photo, I would estimate around 2,400–3000 grafts.

Hello,Depending on the density you are looking to achieve with the hair you already have you could be looking at 1200-2500 grafts.

Based on the image, it appears that around 3,500 grafts would be necessary to achieve natural density, assuming there’s no need to redesign or lower the hairline (which would require an additional 1,000–1,500 grafts). However, it’s equally important to assess the condition of your donor area to determine if it can provide the required number of grafts. If your previous FUT has limited the available donor area, beard extraction can be a helpful option to reach the needed graft count.
