I have alot of gaps in my previous fut transplant and I want to fill everything. What is a realistic graft count based on this picture?

Hello,Depending on the density you are looking to achieve with the hair you already have you could be looking at 1200-2500 grafts.

Based on the image, it appears that around 3,500 grafts would be necessary to achieve natural density, assuming there’s no need to redesign or lower the hairline (which would require an additional 1,000–1,500 grafts). However, it’s equally important to assess the condition of your donor area to determine if it can provide the required number of grafts. If your previous FUT has limited the available donor area, beard extraction can be a helpful option to reach the needed graft count.
