I ve gained all the weithg and more have tipe 2 diabetes n hipothirodes and want to know what is my option for another weithg loss surgery that helps with diabetes and aprx costs out of pocket.

The best option in terms of weight loss, is to revise your sleeve to the SADI-S or SIPS.  this is a modified duodenal switch that is well tolerated and works great.  Revision to the gastric bypass will not give you as much weight loss.  Sleeve to SIPS is safe and can be performed with minimal complications in experienced hands.  Do some research on the SADI-S or SIPS, this is your best chance of substantial weight loss after a failed sleeve.

Most insurances will cover that, or you can expect to pay about 15K-18K for out of pocket cost.
This will help you lose additional weight and will definitely improve or resolve your diabetes.
