I then had my denture attached. My dentist took out most of the palette. Today is the 3rd day and I feel my gums are more swollen under the denture. I am concerned that the swelling is caused by the permanent denture which I can't remove. Do you think it can be irritation from the permanent denture or is it swollen due to the work done 3 days ago? When should I see improvement?

When you look at the xray you can see the implant is placed very close to your one front tooth. As others point out the xray it too dark to determine for sure, but if there really is that much boneloss you could potentially end up also loosing your front tooth so i would see your dentist...

After seeing the picture of your teeth I would agree with the second office advice. There is no need of dental implant treatment. It can be correct with aligner and braces. So visit your nearby orthodontist for the treatment.
