You need to see your dentist ASAP. If it is actually an implant that came out then your dentist would probably place a new one. Sometimes it could be a healing abutment. If that is the case then it would not be a big concern.
The X -ray and the photo don't seem to indicate any infection but to diagnose an infection a more thorough clinical exam maybe with more diagnostic images should be done. If you want an another third opinion you might want to see a dentist with good understanding and experience of dental implants. If the implant needs to be removed then now is the better time to do it because the implant should be more loose in the bone due to the natural course of bone healing. Sincerely,
It is common to see swelling worsen in the initial 48-72 hours. Most likely starting tomorrow or the day after tomorrow your swelling should start subsiding if no infection. If tissue irritation continues after healing then your dentist can adjust the denture to fit better. Take care
